About me

My name is Tommy and have a love for using creative problem solving to help those around me. I founded Careers+Conversions as a hybrid project that supports two of my deepest passions - digital marketing and career coaching. These two endeavors may seem like an odd combination, but at the end of the day they're both really about strategic thinking, experimentation, communicating value, and empathy.

I have 8 years of digital marketing experience working for a wide spectrum of brands of various sizes and industries. I've delivered consistent results while specializing in organic social, paid media, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization. This broad background allows me to utilize data from multiple sources to understand the big picture and identify opportunities for optimization that deliver growth.

My personal hobbies/interests include playing guitar, producing electronic music, biking/hiking, nature photography, ping pong, reading, and trying new restaurants. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to live in some exciting cities including Chicago, Denver, and now Austin.
